• น้ำยาเร่งปฎิกิริยา เพื่อตรวจจับและแสดงผล รอยร้าว/รอยรั่วของแนวเชื่อม

• ชนิดรอยร้าวที่เปิดและมองไม่เห็นสามารถครอบคลุมได้ง่ายและแม่นยำบนวัสดุทุกพื้นผิวและรูปร่าง (ยกเว้นพื้นผิวที่ถูกทาสีและพลาสติก)

น้ำยาเช็ครอยร้าว / น้ำยาเช็ครอยรั่ว (color check) ประกอบด้วยน้ำยาหลัก 3 ชนิด 

1. FR-Q ลงบนผิวเพื่อทำความสะอาด Cleaner/Remover (กระป๋องสีฟ้า) หรือ สเปรย์ขจัดคราบน้ำมัน SUMO (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo)

2. FP-S ลงบนผิวเพื่อให้น้ำยาแทรกซึมลงไปในรอยแตกร้าว Penetrant (กระป๋องสีแดง)

3. FD-S น้ำยาเร่งปฎิกริยา  Developer (กระป๋องสีเทา)

Crack check liquid (color check) consists of 3 main types of reagents.

1. FR-Q onto the skin to clean. Cleaner/Remover (blue can) or spray to remove oil stains SUMO (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo)

2. FP-S onto the surface to allow the solution to penetrate into the crack Penetrant (red can).

3. FD-S developer catalyst (grey can)

วิธีการใช้งาน 

1. การพ่นน้ำยา ทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวแนวเชื่อม Pre-Cleaning

• พ่นสเปรย์น้ำยาทำความสะอาด กระป๋องสีน้ำเงิน (FR-Q) หรือ สเปรย์ขจัดคราบน้ำมัน SUMO (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo) ล้างคราบน้ำมัน จารบี และคราบฝุ่นออกจากพื้นผิ้ว ที่ต้องทำการทดสอบเพื่อให้รอยร้าวเปิด จากนั้นปล่อยให้แห้งสนิท

2. การแทรกซึมน้ำยาสีแดงเพื่อหารอยร้าว (Penetrant Application)

• พ่นน้ำยาแทรกซึมสีแดง กระป๋องสีแดง (FP-S) บริเวณแนวเชื่อม ให้ทั่วพื้นผิวที่ต้องการทดสอบโดยทิ้งไว้ 5-20 นาที จนแห้งสนิท (หากสถานที่ทดสอบมีความหนาวเย็น สามารถเพิ่มระยะเวลาได้

3. การเช็ด กำจัดน้ำยาสีแดงส่วนเกินด้านบนพื้นผิว ( Removal of Excess penerant )

• พ่นสเปรย์น้ำยาทำความสะอาด กระป๋องสีน้ำเงิน (FR-Q) หรือ สเปรย์ขจัดคราบน้ำมัน SUMO (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo) ฉีดลงบนผ้าสะอาดหมาดๆ และนำไปเช็ดบริเวณด้านบนพื้นผิวแนวเชื่อม เพื่อกำจัดน้ำยาสีแดงส่วนเกินออก จนไม่เห็นสีแดง

4. การพ่นสเปรย์น้ำยาเร่งปฎิกิริยาเพื่อแสดงผลรอยร้าวแนวเชื่อม ( Developing )

• พ่นสเปรย์น้ำยาเร่งปฎิกิริยา กระป่องสีขาว ( FD-S) บางๆ ลงบนพื้นผิวที่ต้องการทดสอบแล้วทิ้งระยะเวลา ที่แนะนำ 7-30 นาทีขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพชิ้นงาน

5. การตรวจสอบผลรอยร้าวแนวเชื่อม (Interpretation)

• ตรวจสอบการแสดงผล รอยร้าว แนวเชื่อม หลังจากน้ำยาแห้งแล้ว หากมีรอยร้าวที่เคยมองไม่เห็นด้วยตาเปล่าจะมีสีแดงซึ่มขึ้นมาตามแนวเชื่อมที่มีร้อบแตกร้าวเพื่อให้สามารถแก้ไขงานต่อไปได้

How To Use 

1. Spraying of cleaning solution for pre-cleaning weld surface

• spray cleaning solution Blue can (FR-Q) or SUMO (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo) removes oil stains, grease and dust from the surface. that must be tested to allow the cracks to open Then let it dry completely.

2. Penetrating the red liquid to look for cracks (Penetrant Application)

• Spray red penetrating solution, red canister (FP-S) around the weld line. Apply over the surface to be tested for 5-20 minutes until completely dry (if the test site is cold. can increase the duration

3. Wiping and removing excess red liquid on the surface (Removal of Excess penerant)

• spray cleaning solution Blue can (FR-Q) or SUMO oil stain remover spray (Brake & Parts Cleaner Sumo) spray onto a clean damp cloth. and used to wipe the area above the welding surface to get rid of excess red liquid until you can't see red

4. Spraying the reaction solution to show the result of weld cracks (Developing).

• Spray a thin white canister (FD-S) catalyst spray on the surface to be tested and leave for a recommended time of 7-30 minutes depending on the specimen condition.

5. Inspection of weld cracks (Interpretation)

• Check the display, cracks, welds after the solution has dried. If there are cracks that were previously invisible to the naked eye, there will be red ooze along the cracked weld line so that further work can be corrected.

การจัดเก็บ / การดูแลรักษา

• ควรเก็บไว้ในสภาวะที่เหมาะสมโดยไม่ควรเก็บในที่ๆมีแสงแดดส่องโดยตรงหรือมีความร้อน หยิบใช้งานสะดวก

• หากพบว่า น้ำยา มีความผิดปกติ/แตกต่าง จากสภาพเดิมให้ทําการเปลี่ยนกระป๋องใหม่ทันที

Storage/Maintenance

• Should be stored under suitable conditions, should not be stored in direct sunlight or heat. easy to use

• If the reagent is found to be abnormal/different. from the original condition, immediately replace the can with a new one.
