คุณสมบัติ (Feature)

• เครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลท รุ่น T1650F SUMO ออกแบบมาเพื่อรองรับการห่อหุ้มสินค้าขนาดใหญ่ด้วยฟิล์ม เหมาะกับสินค้าที่มีขนาดไม่เกิน 1.2 x 1.2 เมตร (วัดในแนวแนวทแยง)
• ขนาดแท่นหมุนของเครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลทมีขนาด 165 ซม. สามารถรับน้ำหนักได้สูงสุด 2 ตัน
• การทำงานของเครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลท รุ่น T1650F SUMO ควบคุมด้วยระบบ PLC หรือ Programmable Logic Controller พร้อมเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจจับพาเลท ช่วยให้เครื่องพันพาเลทอัตโนมัติ ใช้งานได้อย่างง่ายดาย เพียงแค่กดปุ่ม Start เพื่อเริ่มพันสินค้าอัตโนมัติ
• สามารถตั้งค่าได้หลากหลาย ทั้งจำนวนรอบที่ฐานล่างและฐานบน ความเร็วแท่นหมุนและความเร็วเฟรมฟิล์มขึ้น–ลง

• โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลาง-ใหญ่  สินค้ามีขนาดไม่เกิน 1.2 x 1.2 เมตร (วัดจากแนวทแยง) ช่วยให้กระบวนการแพ็กสินค้ามีความปลอดภัยและเป็นระเบียบมากยิ่งขึ้น

วิธีการใช้งาน (How to use)

• วางพาเลทบนแท่นหมุนของเครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลทให้เรียบร้อย
• ร้อยฟิล์มยืดเข้ากับเฟรมฟิล์มให้ถูกต้อง
• กดปุ่ม เริ่มต้น (Start) บนแผงควบคุม หรือเลือกโหมดอัตโนมัติจากหน้าจอ
• เครื่องจะหมุนแท่นหมุน โดยเฟรมฟิล์มจะเลื่อนขึ้น–ลงอัตโนมัติตามที่ตั้งค่าไว้
• เมื่อเครื่องพันฟิล์มครบตามโปรแกรมที่ตั้งไว้ เครื่องจะหยุดทำงานโดยอัตโนมัติ
• ตัดและเก็บปลายฟิล์มออกจากพาเลท
• Place the pallet properly on the turntable.
• Thread the stretch film correctly into the film carriage.
• Press the Start button on the control panel or select automatic mode from the screen.
• The turntable will rotate while the film carriage moves up and down automatically as configured.
• When the wrapping cycle completes as programmed, the machine will stop automatically.
• Cut and secure the film tail from the pallet.

คำแนะนำ (Suggestion)

• ควรทำความสะอาดเฟรมฟิล์มและแท่นหมุนของเครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลทเป็นประจำ
• ตรวจสอบและหล่อลื่นชุดขับเคลื่อนเป็นประจำทุกเดือน
• ตรวจสอบเซ็นเซอร์และสวิตช์เดินทางว่าทำงานได้ดี
• เครื่องจะมีฟังก์ชั่นหยุดอัตโนมัติหากไม่มีฟิล์มหรือมีปัญหาเรื่องขนาด/น้ำหนักสินค้าบนพาเลทเกินกว่าขอบเขต
• Regularly clean the film frame and turntable.
• Inspect and lubricate the drive system every month.
• Check sensors and limit switches to ensure proper operation.
• The machine features an automatic stop function if there is no film or if the pallet load exceeds the size/weight limits.

คำเตือน (Warning)

• อนุญาตให้ใช้งานเครื่องนี้เฉพาะผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมและได้รับอนุญาตแล้วเท่านั้น
• เครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลทนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้กับพาเลทโหลดเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้กับสิ่งของอื่น
• ห้ามถอดอุปกรณ์ป้องกันออกขณะทำการบำรุงรักษา
• ก่อนเปิดแผงควบคุมหรือฝาครอบป้องกัน ต้องปิดสวิตช์และถอดปลั๊กไฟออกทุกครั้ง
• ติดตั้งเครื่องในพื้นที่โล่ง ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางภายในระยะการหมุน และเว้นระยะห่างอย่างน้อย 0.5 เมตรรอบตัวเครื่อง
• ก่อนเริ่มการทำงาน ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีคนหรือวัตถุอยู่ในบริเวณแท่นหมุนและชุดจ่ายฟิล์ม
• ห้ามใช้เครื่องกับพาเลทที่มีขนาดหรือมีน้ำหนักเกินกว่าขีดจำกัดที่กำหนด
• ใช้ฟิล์มยืดสำหรับเครื่องพันโดยเฉพาะ ที่มีความหนาในช่วง 12–35 ไมครอน
• ด้านเหนียวของฟิล์มยืดต้องหันเข้าหาโหลดทุกครั้ง เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ฟิล์มติดกันระหว่างชั้นของการพัน
• หากสินค้ามีมุมแหลมหรือขอบแข็ง ควรติดตั้งกระดาษรองมุมเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ฟิล์มเกิดการฉีกขาด
• ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ฟิล์มยืดเมื่ออุณหภูมิแวดล้อมระหว่างการขนส่งหรือจัดเก็บเกิน 60°C
• ในกรณีที่โหลดมีน้ำหนักเบา ควรใช้อุปกรณ์กดด้านบนเพิ่มเพื่อให้ฟิล์มพันแน่นและมั่นคง
• ห้ามยืนหรือเหยียบบนแท่นหมุนเครื่องพันฟิล์มพาเลทโดยเด็ดขาด
• รางของชุดยกฟิล์มต้องไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวาง เพื่อให้การเลื่อนขึ้น-ลงทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัย
• Only trained and authorized personnel are allowed to operate this machine.
• This machine is designed exclusively for palletized loads.
• Do not remove any protective accessories during maintenance.
• Always turn off the main switch and unplug the power supply before opening the control system or protective cover.
• Ensure the machine is installed in a clear area, free of obstacles within the rotation range. Maintain at least 0.5 meters of safe distance around the machine.
• Before operation, confirm that no person or object is within the turntable's rotation or film carriage movement area.
• Do not use the machine for pallets exceeding the specified size or weight limits.
• Use only machine-grade stretch film with a thickness range of 12–35 µm.
• Always ensure the sticky side of the stretch film faces the load to prevent layers from sticking together.
• If the load has sharp corners or hard edges, use corner protectors to prevent film tearing.
• Avoid using stretch film if the ambient temperature during transport or storage exceeds 60°C.
• For lightweight loads, use an additional top-press device to ensure secure wrapping.
• Never stand or step on the rotating turntable.
• Keep the film carriage lift track free of obstructions to ensure smooth and safe movement.
