ขั้นตอนการติดตั้งกับกระดานรองหลัง รุ่น YJK-16 

• คลี่แผ่นฐานของอุปกรณ์ประคองข้างศีรษะ แล้ววางบนแผ่นกระดาน (spinal board)
• ปรับพนักพิงศีรษะซ้ายขวาให้อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสมตามเส้นรอบศีรษะของผู้ป่วย
• คล้องสายรัดนิรภัยด้านหน้าผ่านช่องที่หนึ่งและสี่ของแผ่นฐานเพื่อยึดหน้าผากและกรามของผู้ป่วยตามลำดับ
• สอดสายรัดยึดด้านหลังผ่านช่องที่สอง และสามของแผ่นฐาน จากนั้นจึงยึดแผ่นกระดานจากด้านหลัง
• สายรัดยึดบนแผ่นฐานสอดผ่านช่องกลมของแผ่นกระดานเพื่อป้องกันการเคลื่อนตัว
• Unfold the base plate of the head immobilizer and place it on the spinal board.
• Adjust the right and left headrests to the appropriate position according to the patient's head circumference
• Pass the anterior fixation straps through the frst and fourth holes of the base plate to fix the patient's forehead and jaw respectively
• Posterior fixation straps are passed through the second and third holes of the base plate, and then the spinal plate is fixed from the back
• The fixation straps on the base plate are passed through the round holes of the spine plate to prevent displacement
