วิธีใช้ (How to use)

• หลังจากเปิดสวิตช์ไฟและปั๊มลมแล้ว ให้ใส่ท่อทางออกของฟิล์มถุงลมเข้าไปในท่อออกลมของเครื่อง แล้วดึงให้ใกล้กับชุดลูกกลิ้งยางชุดแรก
• กดปุ่มเพื่อป้อนฟิล์มถุงลมเข้าไปในชุดลูกกลิ้งยางชุดที่สอง ซึ่งจะทำการตัดรูสำหรับทางผ่านของอากาศไปพร้อมกัน จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Start เพื่อเริ่มการทำงาน
• ปรับปริมาณลมให้เหมาะสมกับฟิล์มคอลัมน์ที่แตกต่างกันไปตามความเหมาะสม
• After turning on the power and air supply, thread the air column film's airway into the machine's air outlet tube as shown below and pull it close to
  the first set of rubber rollers.
• Press the jog button to feed the air column bag into the second set of rubber rollers, cutting open the airway in the process. Then press the start
  button to activate the machine.
• Adjust the air volume according to different specifications of air column coils, there is no
  fixed criterion, and self adjustment records are required.

หน้าปัดควบคุม (Control Panel Functions)

• จอแสดงความเร็ว แสดงความเร็วปัจจุบัน ใช้ร่วมกับปุ่มปรับความเร็ว
• ปุ่มปรับความเร็ว หมุนทวนเข็มนาฬิกาเพื่อลดความเร็ว และหมุนตามเข็มนาฬิกาเพื่อเพิ่มความเร็ว
• ปุ่มย้อนกลับ กดปุ่มนี้เพื่อให้ลูกกลิ้งหมุนย้อนกลับ ทำให้ถุงลมถอยหลัง
• ปุ่มเดินหน้า กดปุ่มนี้เพื่อให้ลูกกลิ้งหมุนเดินหน้า ทำให้ถุงลมเคลื่อนที่ไปข้างหน้า
• ปุ่ม Start กดเพื่อเริ่มการทำงานของเครื่อง
• ปุ่ม Stop กดเพื่อหยุดการทำงานของเครื่อง
• วาล์วปรับแรงดัน (ปุ่มหมุน) หมุนทวนเข็มนาฬิกาเพื่อลดแรงดันลม และหมุนตามเข็มนาฬิกาเพื่อเพิ่มแรงดันลม
• เกจวัดแรงดัน (จอแสดงผล) แสดงแรงดันลมปัจจุบัน ใช้ร่วมกับวาล์วปรับแรงดัน
• Speed Display (Display): Shows the current speed value, used in conjunction with
  the speed adjustment knob.
• Speed Adjustment Knob: Turn counterclockwise to reduce speed and clockwise to
  increase speed.
• Reverse Button (Reset Button): Pressing this button causes the rollers to rotate in
  reverse, pulling the air column bag backwards.
• Forward Button (Reset Button): Pressing this button causes the rollers to rotate
  forwards, pushing the air column b ag forward.
• Start (Reset Button): Press to start the machine.
• Stop (Reset Button): Press to stop the machine.
• Pressure Adjustment Valve (Knob): Turn counterclockwise to decrease air pressure
  and clockwise to increase air pressure.
• Pressure Gauge (Display): Displays the current inflation air pressure, used in conjunction with the pressure adjustment valve.

โค้ดแจ้งเตือนข้อผิดพลาด (Fault code diagnosis and handling)

• E01: สัญญาณเตือนว่าไม่มีฟิล์ม
  ตรวจสอบฟิล์ม: ตรวจสอบว่าวัสดุติดขัดหรือวัสดุหมดหรือไม่ หากพบว่าเป็นเช่นนั้น ให้เติมวัสดุและล้างสัญญาณเตือนเพื่อเริ่มต้นใหม่

  ตรวจดูว่ามีชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรที่มีการสึกกร่อนผิดปกติหรือไม่ ถ้ามีให้เปลี่ยนทันที
• ติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาตหรือตัวแทนฝ่ายบริการด้านเทคนิคของเราเพื่อตรวจสอบเครื่อง
• check&clean open the belt cover of machine,blow off the dust; check if any abnormal abrasion machine component.
• every month contact Arrange an on-site inspection; Contact the authorized distributor or our technical service representative to check the machine.

คำแนะนำ (Suggestion)

• ต้องวางใบมีดลงในช่องใบมีดอย่างถูกต้อง ไม่สามารถสลับตำแหน่งใบมีดและตัวเว้นระยะได้
• ล้อและใบมีดเป็นของสิ้นเปลือง โปรดใส่ใจในการเปลี่ยน
• เครื่องจำเป็นต้องมีแหล่งความดันอากาศภายนอก และค่าความดันภายนอกจะต้องมากกว่าค่าความดันอากาศที่ปรับบนบารอมิเตอร์ของเครื่อง หากพบว่าคอลัมน์อากาศยังไม่เต็มหลังจากเพิ่มค่าอย่างต่อเนื่องแรงดันลม ตรวจสอบว่าแรงดันจากแหล่งอากาศภายนอกเพียงพอหรือไม่ และแหล่งอากาศภายนอกโดยทั่วไปจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 5kgf/cm
• หากพบว่าถุงลมมีเสาใดเสาหนึ่งขาดเป็นบางครั้งหรือ
  ไม่สามารถเป่าได้ โปรดติดต่อผู้จำหน่ายวัสดุถุงเสาลมเพื่อตรวจสอบถุงวาล์วทางเข้า
• The blade must be correctly placed in the blade slot; the position of the blade and the spacer cannot be interchanged.
• The traction wheel and blade are consumabl ease pay attention to replacement. For purchases, contact an authorized dealer.
• The air column machine needs an external air source, and the air source pressure
  must be greater than the air pressure value adjusted on the Barometer of the air column
  machine. If it is found that the air column is still not full after continuously increasing the
  air pressure, check whether the pressure of the external air source is sufficient, and the
  external air source is generally about 5kgf/cm.
• If it is found that one column of the air column bag is occasionally not fully blown or
  cannot be blown up, please contact the air column bag material supplier to check the bag
  inlet valve.

• Improper grounding may cause electric shock.
• Using a wiring board can increase static electricity, and electrostatic discharge
  can cause operational problems and discomfort for the operator.
• Do not open the machine cover. Only our company's technical personnel and
  authorized maintenance personnel can open it.
• When maintaining and repairing the Q15-D inflator, be sure to shut down the
  machine first and unplug the main power cord from the socket.
