การทำความสะอาด 

• เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการพ่นสี ให้เอาสีที่เหลืออยู่ภายในถ้วยสีออกให้หมด โดยการกดไกปืนเพื่อไล่สีออก

• ใส่ทินเนอร์ลงในถ้วยสี แล้วกดไกกาพ่นสี ล้างสีออกหลายๆ ครั้ง

• ใช้ผ้าสะอาดอุดที่หัวปืน และกดไกกาพ่นสี โดยให้กำลังดันลมดันทินเนอร์ที่อยู่ภายในถ้วยสีไหลกลับไปกลับมาภายในตัวปืน

• ใช้แปรงล้างทำความสะอาดถ้วยสีทำซ้ำหลายๆ ครั้ง

• จนกระทั่งทินเนอร์ไล่สีออกจนกาพ่นสีสะอาด

• จากนั้นใช้แปรงล้างทำความสะอาดถ้วยสีและภายนอกตัวกาพ่นสีอีกครั้ง

• ถอดหัวปืนออกใช้แปรงและทินเนอร์ทำความสะอาดปลายเข็มอีกครั้งจนสะอาด

cleaning

• Use a clean cloth to cover the tip of the gun. and press the trigger to spray paint By allowing the wind to push the thinner inside the paint cup back and forth inside the gun.

• Use a brush to clean the paint cup and repeat several times.

• until the paint thinner is removed until the spray gun is clean.

• Then use a brush to clean the paint cup and the outside of the spray gun again.

• Remove the nozzle, use a brush and thinner to clean the needle tip again until clean.

ข้อควรระวัง

• อย่าใช้แปรงลวด เข็ม หรือลวดทำความสะอาดหัวปืน 

• ถ้าสีแห้งจะทำให้ล้างออกยาก ควรนำหัวปืนแช่ไว้ในทินเนอร์จนกว่าสีที่แห้งจะอ่อนตัวลง

• ไม่ควรแช่ตัวกาพ่นสีลงในทินเนอร์ เพราะจะทำให้ซีลและจาระบีที่อยู่ในตัวกาพ่นสีเกิด การเสียหายได้ 

• ภายหลังจากล้างกาพ่นสี ควรใส่ทินเนอร์ไว้ในถ้วยสีเล็กน้อย เพื่อช่วยป้องกันไม่ให้เกิด การอุดตันของท่อทางเดินสี 

Caution

• Do not use a wire brush, needle or wire to clean the gun tip.

• If the paint is dry, it will be difficult to wash off. The nozzle should be soaked in thinner until the dry paint has  softened.

• Do not soak the spray gun in thinner. This will cause the seal and grease in the spray gun to be damaged.

• After washing the spray gun A little thinner should be placed inside the colored cup. To help prevent clogging of the paint pipe.
