• Electric Rebar Bender Model: RB-25M SUMO The RB-25M SUMO is capable of bending various materials including rebars, steel bars, steel rods, and different types of metal bars. The machine features an angle-lock system for consistent repetitive bending. With dual slide-type angle selectors, the bending angle can be precisely set between 0–180°. Additionally, it comes equipped with two foot-pedal switches for efficient hands-free operation.

วิธีการใช้งาน (How to use)

• เสียบปลั๊กไฟ ตรวจสอบว่าไฟแสดงสถานะติด แสดงว่าเครื่องพร้อมทำงาน
• ปรับระยะระหว่าง ล้อดัดคงที่, ล้อดัดเคลื่อนที่ และบล็อกปรับเหล็ก ให้เหมาะสมตามขนาดเหล็กที่ต้องการดัด
• Point 1: กำหนดมุมดัดที่ต้องการไว้ล่วงหน้า กดสวิตช์เริ่ม (START) หรือเหยียบสวิตช์เท้าเพื่อให้เครื่องทำงาน
• Point 2: ตั้งค่ามุมดัดที่ Point 2 ได้โดยใช้สวิตช์เท้า แต่ต้องปรับ Point 1 ให้มีมุมมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ Point 2 และล็อกให้แน่น
• หมุนด้ามปรับมุม ไปทางซ้ายหรือขวาเพื่อเลือกมุม

• Plug in the power cord and check the indicator light. If it is on, the machine is ready for operation.

• Adjust the distance between the Fixed Roller, Moving Roller, and Stopper Block to suit the size of the rebar being bent.

• Point 1: Pre-set the desired bending angle. Press the START button or step on the foot pedal to begin operation.

• Point 2: Set the second bending angle for Point 2 via the foot pedal. Note: Point 1 must be set to an angle greater than or equal to Point 2 and securely locked.

• Turn the angle adjustment knob left or right to select the desired angle.

• After adjustment, ensure that the knob is tightened and securely locked.

• Always stand outside the bending path of the rebar for your safety.

• Press the START button or step on the foot pedal; the machine will bend the rebar to the pre-set angle.

• In case of any abnormality, press the Emergency Stop button immediately. The machine will stop, and the bending roller will return to its home position.

• The angle at Point 1 must be greater than Point 2; otherwise, the machine will not function properly.

• If the foot pedal is unresponsive, press the manual switch (near the indicator light) to test if the motor is operational.

การดูแลรักษา (Maintenance)

• ตรวจสอบน็อตและสกรูทุกตำแหน่งให้แน่นหนา หากพบว่าหลวมให้ขันกลับให้แน่น
• ในช่วงฤดูฝนหรือสภาพอากาศชื้น ควรเปิดช่องระบายอากาศเพื่อป้องกันความชื้นสะสม
• ตรวจสอบสภาพแปรง ว่าสึกหรอเกินกำหนดหรือไม่

• Check all nuts and screws to ensure they are tightened. If any are loose, re-tighten them immediately.

• During the rainy season or in humid conditions, keep the ventilation vents open to prevent moisture buildup.

• Check the condition of the brushes for excessive wear and tear.

• If you encounter problems that cannot be resolved, please contact the service center.
