วิธีติดตั้ง แผ่นฉนวน แผ่นฉนวนฟีโนลิคโฟม บนพนัง เพดาน (How to install phenolic foam insulated panel on the wall, roof)

• เตรียมพื้นผิวของหน้างาน ผนังหรือเพดานให้เรียบ

• ใช้กาวเฉพาะสำหรับแผ่นฉนวนในการติดแผ่นฉนวนกับผนัง หรือเพดาน เข้าด้วยกัน

• ใช้สกรูยึดแผ่นฉนวนอีกครั้งเพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง

• Prepare the surface of the wall or roof to smooth.

วิธีทำท่อตรง (How to make straight duct)

• เตรียม แผ่นฉนวน

• วัดขนาดไซส์ที่ต้องการ (ขนาดขึ้นอยู่กับพัดลม)

• เมื่อวัดขนาดไซส์เสร็จแล้ว ใช้อุปกรณ์ตัดแผ่นฉนวนฟีโนลิคโฟม (แบบตัววี) สำหรับตัดโดยและใช้เหล็กเส้นตรงหรือไม้บรรทัดขนาดใหญ่เพื่อช่วยตัดให้ตรง

• ตัดแผ่นเป็น 4 แถว ทากาวตามขอบแผ่นที่ตัดออก พับแผ่นเข้าหากัน ให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

• จากนั้นติดเทปอลูมิเนียมตรงมุมด้านนอกของท่อให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

• ส่วนมุมด้านในใช้ใช้กาวหรือซิลิโคนทา

• Prepare phenolic Foam sheet.

• Measure the desired size (Size depends on the Evaporative Air Cooler).

• When measuring the size is done. Use V model reamer for cut and use a straight bar or large ruler to help cut straight.

• Cut the sheet into 4 rows, glue the sheets together to cover all four sides, attach glue along the edge of the cut sheet, Fold the sheets together all 4 sides.

• Then use attach the aluminum tape on the outer corner of the duct to the 4 sides.

• The inner corner uses glue or silicone.

วิธีทำท่อโค้ง

วิธีทำท่อโค้ง (How to make curve duct)

• เตรียมแผ่นฉนวนฟีโนลิคโฟม

• วัดขนาดไซส์ที่ต้องการ (ขนาดขึ้นอยู่กับพัดลม)

• เมื่อวัดขนาดไซส์เสร็จแล้ว ใช้วงเวียนร่าง เป็นครึ่งวงกลม ทั้งด้านนอกและด้านใน

• ใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด (แบบซ้าย 45 องศา) ตัดด้านใน

• ใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด (แบบขวา 45 องศา) ตัดด้านนอก

• จะได้ฉนวนแบบครึ่งวงกลม ทำแบบนี้ 2 ชิ้น

• จากนั้นจะทำฉนวนแบบตรง วัดขนาดไซส์และใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด(แบบตรง) ตัดฉนวนแบบตรง 2 ชิ้น

• ฉนวนแบบตรง 2 ชิ้น จะทำการพับโดยการวัดขนาดแล้วร่างเพื่อจะทำการพับฉนวน (ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องพับ สามารถอุปกรณ์ตัดแบบบตัววีได้)

• เมื่อพับฉนวนตรงเสร็จ ค่อยๆ ใช้มือดัดให้โค้ง และทากาวไปตามขอบ ประกอบเข้าหากันให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

• จากนั้/นติดเทปอลูมิเนียมตรงมุมด้านนอกของท่อให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

• ส่วนมุมด้านในใช้ใช้กาวหรือซิลิโคนทาเพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง

• Prepare phenolic Foam sheet.

• Measure the desired size (Size depends on the Evaporative Air Cooler).

• When measuring the size is done. Use dividers draft Half circle Both inside and outer

• use 45degree reamer (left) Cut inside

• use 45degree reamer (right) Cut outer will have half-circle, do these 2 pieces

• Then do the straight sheet. Measure size and cut straight 2 pieces.

• Straight sheet 2 pieces, It will be folded by measuring the size and draft to fold (If not have machine, can use V model reamer)

• When folding sheet is completed and then gradually bending and attach glue along the edge assemble all four sides.

• Then use attach the aluminum tape on the outer corner of the duct to the 4 sides.

• The inner corner uses glue or silicone.
