วิธีการใช้งาน (How to use)

• ตรวจสอบระดับแบตเตอรี่เครื่องดัดเหล็กเส้นไฟฟ้าให้พร้อมใช้งาน
• ใส่เหล็กเส้นลงในช่องดัดของเครื่องดัดเหล็กเส้นไฟฟ้าตามขนาดที่รองรับ
• ตั้งค่ามุมดัดที่ต้องการ (0°–130°)
• กดปุ่มทำงานเพื่อเริ่มการดัด
• รอจนเครื่องดัดเสร็จและดึงเหล็กออก
• Check the battery level to ensure readiness.
• Insert the rebar into the bending slot according to the supported size.
• Set the desired bending angle (0°–130°).
• Press the operation button to start bending.
• Wait until the machine finishes bending and remove the rebar.

คำแนะนำเพิ่มเติม (Important Notes)

• หากตรวจสอบน้ำมัน อาจเกิดจากวาล์วระบายแรงดัน (Release Valve) ทำงานผิดปกติ หรือกระบอกสูบภายในเสียหาย
• น้ำมันเสื่อมสภาพหรือสกปรก ควรเปลี่ยนน้ำมันไฮดรอลิคตามระยะเวลา (แนะนำเบอร์ ISO VG46) เพื่อป้องกันการอุดตันของวาล์ว
• น้ำมันไฮดรอลิคพร่อง เป็นสาเหตุที่ พบบ่อยที่สุด ควรตรวจสอบระดับ น้ำมันให้เต็มจนถึงขอบรูเติมเสมอ
• มีฟองอากาศในระบบ หากน้ำมันมีฟองอากาศ เครื่องจะทำงานได้ไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ ต้องทำการไล่อากาศ(Bleeding) โดยการเอียงเครื่องไปมาขณะเติมน้ำมัน
• ซีลรั่ว หากมีน้ำมันซึมออกมาจากกระบอกสูบหรือวาล์ว จะทำให้แรงดันตก
• แรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่เสถียร การใช้สายพ่วงที่ยาวหรือเล็กเกินไปทำให้ไฟตกส่งผลให้มอเตอร์ทำงานไม่เต็มที่ ขนาดสายไฟที่แนะนำไม่ควรเล็กกว่า 2.5 มิลลิเมตร

• If checking the oil, the issue may be caused by a malfunctioning release valve or internal cylinder damage.

• Degraded or contaminated oil can cause problems. The hydraulic oil should be replaced periodically (recommended grade: ISO VG46) to prevent valve blockage.

• Low hydraulic oil level is the most common cause of failure. Always check and refill the oil up to the edge of the filler port.

• Air trapped in the system can reduce performance. If the oil contains air bubbles, the machine will not operate at full efficiency. Perform air bleeding by tilting the machine back and forth while refilling the oil.

• Seal leakage: If oil is leaking from the cylinder or valves, it will cause a pressure drop.

• Unstable voltage supply: Using an extension cord that is too long or too small may cause voltage drop, resulting in insufficient motor performance. The recommended cable size should not be smaller than 2.5 mm².

• ห้ามสัมผัสชิ้นส่วนที่กำลังเคลื่อนที่ในขณะทำงาน
• สวมถุงมือและแว่นตานิรภัยทุกครั้งก่อนใช้งาน
• เก็บให้พ้นมือเด็ก และอย่าให้ผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับการฝึกใช้เครื่องโดยลำพัง
