คำเตือน (WARNING)

• ห้ามใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้เป็นอุปกรณ์สำหรับ ป้องกันการตก (Fall Arrest)
• ห้ามใช้สายพยุงนี้แทนระบบกันตกหรือระบบช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน
• อุปกรณ์นี้ ไม่ได้หยุดการตก และไม่ได้ออกแบบมาเพื่อรองรับการตกจากที่สูง
• ต้องมีแผนและระบบช่วยเหลือผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ตกจากที่สูงอย่างเหมาะสม
• การแขวนค้างอยู่ใน Harness เป็นสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ควรได้รับการช่วยเหลือโดยเร็วที่สุด
• ห้ามดัดแปลง แก้ไข หรือตัดเย็บผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยตนเอง
• ห้ามใช้งานหากพบว่าสายรัด หัวล็อก ห่วง หรือส่วนประกอบใด ๆ ชำรุดหรือเสียหาย
• ห้ามทิ้งหรือแยกคู่มือการใช้งานออกจากผลิตภัณฑ์
• ควรเก็บคู่มือการใช้งานไว้พร้อมกับอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงได้
• ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนใช้งานทุกครั้ง
• หากผลิตภัณฑ์เคยผ่านการรับแรงผิดปกติหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุการณ์ตก ควรหยุดใช้งานและให้ผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบก่อนนำกลับมาใช้
• ห้ามใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์หากไม่แน่ใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้งาน
• Read and understand these instructions before using the equipment.
• Do not use this product as a fall-arrest device.
• Do not use this strap as a substitute for a fall protection or emergency rescue system.
• This equipment does not arrest a fall and is not designed to support a fall from height.
• An appropriate rescue plan and rescue system must be in place.
• Suspension in a harness is an emergency situation. Rescue should be initiated as soon as possible.
• Do not modify, alter, cut, or re-sew the product.
• Do not use the product if the webbing, buckle, loops, or any component shows signs of damage.
• Do not discard or separate the user instructions from the equipment.
• Keep the current user instructions available to the user.
• Inspect the equipment before each use.
• If the product has been subjected to an abnormal load or involved in a fall incident, discontinue use and have it inspected by a competent person before further use.
• Do not use the equipment if you are unsure how to use it properly.
